The BariGlobe Gastric Balloon is a non-surgical temporary intragastric balloon system for the treatment of besity. The device is intended to aid in weight loss by partially filling the stomach and inducing satiety. It also affects the satiety receptors located in the upper part of the stomach and reduces the rate at which food is evacuated from the stomach.
Patients can achieve twice as much weight loss with the Bariglobe than with diet and exercise alone.

The set for BariGlobe and BariGlobe Extended consists in:

• A «smaller» folded silicone balloon vomume 350-400ml
• A silicone tube for the placement of the «smaller» balloon with the silicone cover
• A metal guide wire to increase the hardness of the tube
• A PVC tube with plastic connectors for fluid transfusions
